JACUZZI & SOAKING TUB RESURFACING

Coastal-grade coating for jetted tubs and deep soakers

Jacuzzi and soaking tubs take more wear than a standard bathtub. The jet ports, waterline ring, and large surface area are all exposed to minerals, bath products, and Florida's hard water. After a decade, even a quality fiberglass tub can look chalky, faded, or permanently stained.

We refinish and reglaze both jetted tubs and non-jetted soaking tubs with our coastal-grade coating — used on thousands of Naples, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral tubs since 2010. The process takes 2.5–3.5 hours. Ready to use the next morning.

What we resurface

  • Fiberglass jetted tubs (all major brands)
  • Acrylic soaking tubs and deep garden tubs
  • Jet ports and surrounding deck surface
  • Waterline staining and mineral deposits
  • Chips, cracks, and peeling on the tub interior
  • Previously coated tubs needing a redo

What’s included

  • Full surface prep — clean, sand, etch, mask jet ports
  • Coastal-grade coating — 3 spray coats
  • Color match to existing finish or bright white
  • Chip and crack fill before coating
  • Caulk replacement at deck seams
  • Silver (3-yr) or Gold (lifetime) transferable warranty

Replacing a jetted tub in a Fiddler's Creek or Quail West home can run $6,000–$15,000 once you factor in the new tub, plumbing, and tile work. Our resurfacing cost is typically $495–$795 — and the jets still work exactly as before.

How jetted tub refinishing works

Same crew. Same day. Jets intact.

1

Inspect & mask

We clean the tub, mask all jet ports individually, and fill any chips or cracks before coating.

2

Apply coastal coating

Three spray coats of moisture-cured formula. Bonds to fiberglass and acrylic. Color-matched to your spec.

3

Cure & seal

Tub is sealed for 24 hours. You return to a finished surface ready for use the next morning.

4

Unmask jets

We carefully remove masking from all jet ports. Jets run exactly as before. Final walkthrough with Oscar.

★★★★★

"We had a big jacuzzi tub in our Quail West home that hadn’t been touched in 15 years — the color had gone from white to yellow. Oscar’s team refinished it in an afternoon. It looks brand new."

Jacuzzi & soaking tub refinishing — FAQ

Will the jet ports still work after resurfacing?

Yes. We mask every jet port individually before coating. Once cured, we remove the masking. Jets function exactly as before — nothing is filled or blocked.

Can you refinish a jetted tub that has cracks around the jets?

Yes. We fill and stabilize hairline cracks as part of prep. If the tub shell is structurally compromised, we will tell you honestly before starting.

My soaking tub has gone from white to a yellowish color. Can that be fixed?

Absolutely. Color fade and yellowing from minerals, UV, or age is one of the most common reasons people call us. Reglazing restores the original white or lets you choose a new color.

How long does a refinished jacuzzi tub last?

With proper care — gentle cleaners, no abrasive scrubbers — a refinished tub lasts 10–15 years. Our Gold plan includes a limited lifetime transferable warranty.

How soon can I use the tub after resurfacing?

The tub is sealed for 24 hours after we finish. For jetted tubs, wait the full 24 hours before running the jets.

Do you reglaze soaking tubs as well as jetted models?

Yes — we resurface all large-format tubs including freestanding soakers, drop-in tubs, Japanese soaking tubs, and garden tubs. Same process, same warranty.

Give that jacuzzi a second life.
